RECUITMENT AND TRAINING

We select and recruit personnel as per the specific requirement of our clients. We give them two weeks of basic training. After basic training, they are posted to various Units. Further, they undergo on the job training (OJT) as per the requirement of that particular unit.

All our personnel are soverd under statutory rules like PF, ESI etc.

Unlike other Security Providers, we particularly take special attention to the problem of sudden avsenteeism and subsequent continuation of uninterrupted and efficient and nil continuation duty of our Security Guard Services.
